• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Is spam, junk mail, advertising, or promotional content.
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content submitted through our app and to enforce these terms. We may remove or refuse to publish any User Content for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of our app, or any violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

We assume no legal responsibility for misuse of the app by end users, nor do we guarantee the quality or reliability of the app.  We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use the app; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

12. Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Use of the app is at your own risk.
• The app may be delisted or made unavailable at any time without any prior notification and without liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification and without liability.
